Countplus Limited™ is an ASX listed professional services business representing an aggregation of approximately 20 accounting and financial services practices across Australia, including 1 financial planning dealer group and a legal firm. Many Countplus firms are franchisees of Count Financial and are therefore able to offer a full suite of accounting and financial services to clients.

Countplus provides the proprietors of these businesses with market liquidity and diversification via their shareholding in the group, assists long-term succession and supports the continued growth of their business.

Importantly, principals retain management responsibilities and firm branding as well as benefiting from an ongoing incentive scheme that rewards both principals and employees.

Countplus, as part of its growth strategy, intends to continue to invest in high quality accounting and financial services businesses. The preferred method, is by taking a minority interest which could increase over time.
